How bright is the RGB Critter?

All versions of the RGB Critter have a max lumen output of 170 lumens (using the color white), making it the brightest RGB LED flashlight available!

Do I need an adapter to connect your accessories to the RGB Critter?

All of our accessories are threaded and connect directly into the front of the RGB Critter. There is no need for any additional adaptors.

Is the RGB Critter compatible with LPB tools?

You can connect Light Painting Brushes (LPB) tools to the RGB Critter using the [Critter To LPB Adapter](/content/products/critter-to-lpb-adapter "https://antsonamelon.com/products/critter-to-lpb-adapter"/index.html).

How long will it take my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted on our website, all orders ship within 1 business day.

Can I buy your product in Europe or UK?

We currently only offer our products directly through our website.

If I select the Express (overnight) shipping option will I receive my package tomorrow?

In order to receive your order by the next business day, you must place your order before 11 AM PST and select the Express Shipping option at checkout.

(International) What are my options for shipping?

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer hassle-free, free returns for 30 days on all domestic US orders. No questions asked.

Are international returns free?

We accept international returns within 30 days, but return shipping is not covered for international customers. You are responsible for the return postage.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Do you offer extended holiday returns?

Yes. Orders placed November 1 through December 31 qualify for returns until January 31.

What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

Email us right away. We will fix the issue quickly and send the correct item or missing pieces at no cost.

What does the Ants on a Melon warranty cover?

We cover defects in materials or workmanship, including electronic components. If something fails that shouldn’t, we will take care of it.

What is covered for the RGB Critter BT?

The RGB Critter BT includes a 2-year warranty. A Lifetime Warranty upgrade is available at checkout.

What is covered for accessories like BitWhips, connectors, and Sabers?

All accessory products, including all saber accessories, come with a Lifetime Warranty.

  • If an accessory breaks during normal use, we will replace it.
  • If fibers come loose from any BitWhip accessory, we will replace it for free.

Are your products covered if I drop them while flowing?

Yes. Our products are built for real-world flow and normal drops happen. Electronic failures that occur within reasonable use are still covered.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Severe or intentional damage outside normal flow use
  • Water, dust, or environmental damage beyond intended use
  • Loss or theft
  • Natural battery capacity loss over time

How do I start a warranty claim?

Who pays for shipping during a warranty claim?

First 60 days: We cover return postage.
After 60 days: You cover shipping to us, and all qualifying repairs or replacements are free.

How long do repairs or replacements take?

Most repairs or replacements are completed within 2 to 3 working days once we receive your item. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

What if I am not sure whether my issue is covered?
